The Pain of losing Someone to their Vices

The Pain of losing Someone to their Vices I thought I was going to say goodbye  It's not even making sense though I saw her die, I really countinue hoping I will see her by and by But sometimes I question if I will, For she died in the midst of sin and in chill In her own house with ears stuffed with cotton I saw her and I couldn't eat proton  Neither would I celebrate the goal by Gordon  In tears I gave the speech  I had to teach even hurt  I opened the bible to preach In distress and grief tears were on my cheeks  What was really bothering me is she had died in sin Shot enjoying adultery  After selling drugs in the library  By Michael Ndebele.M @Mindful Muse: Food for the Mind from the World of Poetry

The black man's life

The black man's life The life of a black man is sometimes like the ground Were problems come in stapid  And sometimes no hope us found, It is characterized by tears and pity Diseases giving each other the chance of duty Leaving no one even the pious  The streets filled with chaos , Blame given on the leader Just because he is the feeder Everyone trying to climb the ladder Yet change not not happening on the poverty radder It is sometimes watered  And green life appears The flowers blooming and trees swaving and swaying , In total joy and praise  Smiles and laughter for the people The face glowing and glittering In the streets and kombis little or no murmuring More kids produced being the wealth of the country This life no balance  Leaving you without a chance  Not even the power to have a glance, On tomorrow's plans.
